Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

speechdeen is operated by SPEECHDEEN TECHNOLOGIES, 2nd Avenue, Gwarimpa, Abuja, Nigeria (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies to speechdeen.com, its account and wallet features, and the audio tools made available through the platform. For questions or privacy requests, email nurudeenisah2008@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your first and last name, username, email address, Nigerian phone number, authentication details, and account preferences. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the profile information needed to create and operate your account.
• Wallet and transaction details: your assigned bank account number and name, wallet balance, deposit confirmations, transaction references, pack purchases, credits issued, used and expired. Bank-transfer information is handled with our payment partner. We do not ask for your bank-login password.
• Content and generated work: scripts and prompts you enter, audio samples and other files you upload, pronunciation settings, generated recordings, transcripts, voice selections, cloned-voice identifiers, and related task history.
• Technical information: information necessary to keep the service working and secure, such as browser and device details, requests, errors, timestamps, and sign-in activity. Authentication and local preferences may be stored in your browser.
• Messages: information you provide when you contact us about support, payments, safety, or privacy.

3. How we use information

We use this information to register and authenticate accounts; assign a bank account and confirm deposits; maintain wallet and credit balances; process audio creation requests; save and deliver your results; display account notices; respond to support and fraud concerns; protect the service from abuse; diagnose errors; and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your uploaded scripts or recordings as a voice library.

Where applicable, our processing is based on providing the service you requested, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the platform. When consent is required for a specific activity, we will request it separately.

4. Who receives information

We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate speechdeen. These include our hosting, authentication and storage provider; Strowallet for creating your dedicated bank account and verifying bank-transfer deposits; and audio or AI providers that process the scripts, prompts, or media needed for the tool you choose. Voice options may come from providers such as ElevenLabs, MiniMax, Fish Audio, Microsoft, Kokoro, and VBEE through our audio service. Support or security providers may also process limited information when needed.

These providers may process information in countries outside Nigeria. Their own practices and applicable safeguards may differ. We may also disclose information where required by law, to address fraud or threats, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

5. Content, privacy and security

Generated recordings are stored in private account-associated storage and opened through time-limited access links. We use account-based access controls and server-side checks for wallet changes and credit spending. Bank-transfer notifications are checked directly with our payment provider before funds appear in your wallet. No online service can promise absolute security: use a strong password, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not provide sensitive personal information in scripts or recordings unless it is necessary for your purpose and you have the right to process it.

6. Retention and deletion

While your account is active, we keep the account details, transaction history, and saved creations needed to provide the service. You can remove individual recordings from your library. You can also delete your account from the Account section of Settings; this removes your account and its associated materials stored on speechdeen, including saved generated files and uploaded media. Deletion is permanent and ends access to any remaining wallet balance or credits; our Terms of Service explain the no-cash-refund policy.

Deletion from our systems does not necessarily erase information already processed or retained by third-party providers, including payment providers, under their own policies or records that we must retain to comply with applicable law. Your assigned bank account may continue to exist at the payment provider after deletion; do not send further transfers to it. If a legal retention requirement applies, we will limit that data to the required purpose and period. Contact us if you need help with a privacy request.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your profile in the Account area, download or delete individual recordings, and request permanent account deletion in Settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern about how it is used, subject to applicable law and identity verification. If you withdraw permission for processing that is necessary to operate a feature, that feature may no longer work.

8. Browser storage and other websites

speechdeen uses browser storage and similar technologies required for sign-in, session continuity, saved preferences, and service operation. Your browser settings may let you clear this information, but doing so can sign you out. Links to other providers or websites are governed by their own privacy notices, not this one.

9. Age and changes to this policy

speechdeen is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide accounts to minors. We may revise this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies this version; material changes may be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
